  1. 01 Strategy & Client Service Understand the brief, shape the idea and keep the brand close from pitch to wrap-up.
  2. 02 Operations & On-ground Execution Run activations in malls, on campuses and on the street, and make sure every detail lands on the day.
  3. 03 Design & Fabrication Turn concepts into kiosks, floats, booths, gondolas and displays that can be built and installed.
  4. 04 Events & Production Conferences, launches and brand events, with the AV, staging and venue design behind them.
  5. 05 Social Media & Influencer Plan influencer collaborations and digital PR that carry an activation beyond the venue.
  6. 06 Procurement & Logistics Source materials, manage vendors and move builds safely between cities.
